NVG Power Pack Battery Weights

The NVG power pack supplied with Fenn NG800 not only supplies power to the NVG but also acts as a counterbalance weight when fitted onto the back of the helmet. It weighs 265g when fitted with four AA batteries. This can be adjusted (for pilot preference) by the addition of battery weights which are designed to simply screw into the power pack.

Steel battery weights are supplied as standard and when fitted increases the power pack weight to 375g.

Optional Tungsten battery weights are available and provide a heavier counterbalance weight option for operators. Each weight is 122.5g each and when fitted increases the total power pack weight to 510g.
